We are so excited to share our new friend Katelyn's visit to Bayfield, Wi.

"If you’re looking for your next vacay, consider grabbing your favorite road-trip snacks & head to Bayfield, Wisconsin! Seagull Bay Motel is located right along Lake Superior and was the perfect place to spend Tucker’s Birthday weekend. Our absolute favorite part of our trip was hiking Meyers Bech Trail all the way to the Mainland Sea Caves! I’ve never hiked a trail quite like this one - it gave me Mario Kart vibes. You’ll just have to go check it out to see what I mean! The Mainland Sea Caves were a breathtaking finish line! We watched a guided kayak tour explore the caves below and enjoyed the crisp air + greenery from above. You can certainly keep hiking past this point, but we had already clocked in over 10,000 steps before 11:00 am! We headed back into town, where we boarded the Grand Tour of the Apostle Islands. Definitely recommend doing this AFTER a hike, so your legs can rest Here are our other favorite stops:
Wonderstate Many Penny Bistro Cafe Coco (incredibly tasty breakfast + pastries) Bayfield Inn Deck (I had the Applefest Burger )
* All of these places offered Gluten Free options, which I was so impressed by! All except for Cafe Coco are within walking distance from one another.
The Seagull Bay is a clean, cute, and restful place to relax post adventuring. After a long day of exploring (21,000+ steps ) I turned my favorite Fall show on while Tucker slept in. 11/10 vacation!"
