SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION

 

This sweepstake is open to everyone completing a review on TripAdvisor between October 29, 2019, and November 12, 2019. There is no obligation to purchase — Sweepstakes void where prohibited. 

 

ELIGIBILITY

 

The Sweepstakes is open to anyone 18 years of age or older.  Employees of Seagull Bay or anyone affiliated with employees are not eligible to win.  Residents of NY, FL, and RI are not eligible to enter.  Sweepstakes void where prohibited. 

 

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

 

The Sweepstakes opens at 12:01 AM on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, and closes at 11:59 p.m. on November 12, 2019. (“Sweepstakes Period”).

 

HOW TO ENTER

 

TO ENTER ONLINE – Entries may be submitted by leaving a review for Seagull Bay on TripAdvisor.

 

TO ENTER BY MAIL – Seagull Bay - A Lakeside Motel, 325 S 7th St, Bayfield, WI 54814 (make sure to include your name, address, email address, and daytime phone number).

SWEEPSTAKES TERMS OF SUBMISSION

 

All entrants must be at least 18 years of age.  By submitting an entry, the entrant represents and warrants that the content therein represents his/her visit at the Sweepstakes website. All entries will become the sole property of Seagull Bay.  By submitting an entry, the entrant grants Seagull Bay the right to publicize the winner’s name and other personally identifiable information on the winner’s list and any subsequent marketing material. 

 

 

SELECTION OF WINNERS

 

Chances of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. A random drawing to select the winning address will be held on the published date for that sweepstakes. The winner shall be announced via email, or by posting to the Seagull Bay Facebook page.

 

A random drawing to select the winner (s) will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2019.

 

PRIZE (S)

The drawing prize winner will receive their choice of a $100 gift card or a free night's stay in one of our standard rooms.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

Seagull Bay reserves the right to disqualify any submission if such submission is found to be plagiarized, copied, or fraudulent, infringe upon existing rights of others, is incomplete or damaged, or contains material that is obscene, vulgar, or offensive in nature.

 

If due to any supervening circumstances, Seagull Bay, in its discretion, has determined that it will be unable to conduct the Sweepstakes as planned, it reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes.  This sweepstake is void where prohibited.
